How Drawer Storage Actually Works

Each drawer sits inside the divan base, riding on smooth glides that pull out when you need them. Fast to open, quiet to close. Unlike an ottoman bed (which lifts the whole mattress on gas pistons), drawer storage is built for the things you grab every day pyjamas, spare bedding, kids’ essentials, whatever. The catch you need clearance beside or in front of the bed to pull the drawers fully open. Roughly 50–60cm of side clearance is the rule of thumb. Worth measuring before you order.

2 Drawers or 4? Pick by Your Room, Not Your Wishlist
