Requirements to place your order at Zenna include:

- Having a valid payment method accepted in the UK.
- Provisioning the right, latest, and full information during checkout.
- Delivery should be within the locations in which we provide delivery services in the UK.
4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We aim for complete accuracy in our online showroom. But please keep in mind:

5. Made-to-Order and Personalized Items
There are plenty of Zenna products that are tailored to your needs, including fabric and size selection.
- Should the cancellation of a “Made-to-Order” product occur after it becomes under production, you can be charged the restocking fee.
- Most custom orders cannot be returned due to the normal returns policy, except in case of any defect found.

- Delivery Failure: In case there was no delivery due to unavailability of an individual to receive it during the stipulated time, limited access, or other issues, you can be charged an extra fee for re-delivery.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

- Hygiene Standards: Mattresses and bedding can only be returned if the items were bought in new and unopened packaging for hygiene purposes.
- Damage Claims: Kindly check the delivered furniture immediately. If the packaging is damaged during shipping, inform us within 48 hours of the date of delivery.

Zenna believes in the quality of our products. Most products have a warranty from the maker that covers problems with how they are built. This warranty does not include:
